Passive Hero Power "Broodmother": Avenge (4), summon a 1/1 Whelp that attacks immediately. Each time this triggers, the effect improves by +1/+1. Current armor: 10, win rate ~24%. Buddy "Many Whelps". Only appears in Undead or Beast lobbies. Launched in Patch 22.4 (February 2022). Core strategy: maximize Avenge trigger frequency — Twilight Hatchling, Harmless Bonehead, and other multi-spawn minions are premium choices. The Hero Power requires no activation; it triggers automatically as friendly minions die in combat, and the Whelp's stats increase with each trigger. Weaknesses: high initial Avenge threshold, low starting Whelp stats, and slow tempo, making it struggle in the current fast-paced meta. A relatively niche, fun-oriented hero.
