• Trait: The passive Hero Power “Power of the Storm” offers two new Hero Powers at the start of every turn. His exclusive Buddy, “Lei Flamepaw,” is a Tier 4 4/6 that gets the Buddy of the current Hero Power at the start of the turn; the Golden version gets 2 copies.

Playstyle

1. Early game: Review both Hero Powers before committing to purchases, leveling, or sells. Early choices usually favor Gold, extra minions, or direct board strength; avoid disrupting a sound curve for an effect that looks exciting but has no immediate purpose.
2. Key turns: The best option changes when leveling, searching for a core piece, or protecting Health. Define the turn's objective first, select the Hero Power that solves it, and sequence Discover, Refresh, and purchase effects before spending resources.
3. Mid to late game: With Lei Flamepaw, evaluate both the Hero Power and the Buddy it represents. A modest immediate effect may still be correct when its Buddy supplies economy, tempo, or a missing component; Golden Lei Flamepaw magnifies that secondary payoff.

Strengths

• A fresh choice every turn provides flexible answers to the Tavern, opponents, and the current state of the composition.
• Lei Flamepaw converts Hero Power choices into additional Buddy resources, broadening the available effects and combination ceiling.

Weaknesses

• The two choices are random, so Nguyen cannot rely on receiving the same kind of economy or scaling effect on consecutive turns.
• Strong play requires knowledge of many Hero Powers and Buddies plus precise sequencing; a poor choice can waste most of the hero's advantage for that turn.
